Shipping, Return and Refund Policy

SHIPPING

Normal shipping times would be 3-5 working days. We have partnered reputed national courier service providers to ensure timely deliveries. However, as of now, the shipping is limited to pan-India only. Also, we are not charging any shipping from you for forward shipping. However, in case of returns, the shipping charges would be deducted. Following is the table for shipping charges.

RETURN/CANCELLATIONS POLICY

Cancelled orders would be fully refunded if the products have not already been shipped.

  • Products will NOT be refunded / returned in any case unless there is a manufacturing defect. The cause of return will be verified first.

  • In case you decide to cancel your order while it is still in transit, then we will deduct forward and calling-back charges from you and refund the balance. However, in case the amount supersedes the total price of the order, we will not initiate any refund to you. This applies only in the case where the order is not customised and/or personalised.

  • In case of manufacturing defect(s), you are required to send the pictures of the defects in the product(s) to support@drapvision.com within 3 days after receiving. After inspection by the quality control team, the refund amount / return status would be communicated to you

  • As we do not have a reverse pickup service yet, you are requested to ship the product(s) back to us. Please pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. You can courier the product(s) to the address mentioned below: C 238, BRIJ VIHAR, CHANDER NAGAR, GHAZIABAD, PINCODE: 201011 . LANDMARK: IN FRONT OF VANASTHALI PUBLIC SCHOOL.

  •  Also in case of national emergencies, natural disasters or any unforeseen circumstances, your order can be cancelled and a full refund would be given. Also, a mail would be sent to you mentioning the same.

REFUND POLICY

The amount credited on refund will be based on the price of the product at the time of purchase. Any change in the product price thereafter will not be considered. As we do not have a reverse pickup facility yet, the shipping charges borne by you. The refund procedure will be initiated within 15 days after we have received your product and an e-mail would be sent you as well for the same.After initiation, we request you to wait at least 15 days for the amount to reflect in your bank account.
